Appears in nearly every regional dex, confirmed for scarlet and violet

>appears in nearly every regional dex, confirmed for scarlet and violet
>got an evolution in gen 4
>is a top tier mon for in-game playthroughs, especially when available early on like in BW2 and SM/USUM.
>was so good at steel trapping he had to get nerfed via the removal of hidden power, found a new victim in corviknight anyway.
how the fuck does he do it? how does he keep winning?

Gen one privilege

caterpie is gen 1

And Butterfree got a gigantamax form. There is no denying that genwun gets special treatment.

tauros is gen 1

God, I hope they don't ruin Tauros by giving it a regional form + evolution.

ditto is gen 1

>>is a top tier mon for in-game playthroughs
I don't think I've ever used magnemite in any of my teams, is he really that good? I might try it sometime

completely breaks SM/USUM and BW2. Really solid everywhere else. Steel/Electric is just a really good type to have.

>my nu-shitmon isn't in the kanto dex? this must be genuine privilege

it's pretty insane.
naturally tanky, very high special attack, resists 11 fucking types (13 before gen 6) which makes it insanely resilient, and virtually nothing in-game has coverage so you know when a ground move is coming.
plus it has sturdy, so gen 5 and onward it can't even die.

>One of the most important Pokémon in breeding
>the single best revenge killer the the game due to Imposter
>Constant Merch
>immune to dexit due to being related to breeding

>he
It's "IT"
and Magneton is they/them

Also has a great moveset. Electric type attacks are great for water routes, it has Volt Switch for pivoting in later games, and dual screens are god tier.

Isn't it a meme in japan to vote Magnemite to the top of those "most popular Pokémon" polls?

Salty children will never not be funny.
Magnemite line is one of the greatest of all time.

all i hope for tauros is a cattle like pokemon that serves as the tyrogue but for tauros bouffalant and miltank
>B-B-BUT I CANT USE LE BABY MONS IN LE SMOGGERINO RREEEEEEEE
fuck off

It’s one of the three electric types Gamefreak actually gives a shit about.
>Pikachu is the mascot
>Zeraora for the 12 year old boys who like Lucario
>Magnemite for the older fans who like to meme

Ground-type moves are the Devil's work

It's the ideal objectmon design, it's immediately recognizable, it's ridiculously good and it has a relatively unique niche. Deserves everything and more.

I've used it in RB, Plat, and BW2. Didn't use it in Gen 7 because it's almost always one of those Pokemon that's a little TOO optimal.
