It's not even the first one. Someone used copyrighted material in an NFT they had listed, they got removed from the approved content submitters and you can no longer buy or sell their NFT on GME's marketplace. Whether that happens or not with the falling man NFT remains to be seen because as far as I can tell it has no copyrighted content in it and the addition of the astronaut suit implies the person is simply floating instead of falling, the background is clearly of the towers though so it may get removed for being in bad taste. I didn't get approved to be a submitter because I had planned on making NFT's of rare pepe's and apu's that were posted in the threads so I'd imagine controversial content gets taken down if it makes it past the censors. They might just leave it up tho since it's somewhat lulzy and not overtly graphic.
