You must prepare yourself for 5 days of "boring health days" Followed by a no eating fasting full day And the day that is your cheat day is also your preparation for the week day. I pick Sunday as my cheat day and the day I prepare. Things to have as a standard. Extra virgin olive oil, buy the biggest bottle of the highest quality you can find. Dump it into glass containers and store in cool dry place, leave a small size bottle close by to the stove for easiness. This is now your main cooking oil. Buy NAD3 the two month supply option, it's what I buy, you can do NAD+ but I've found I like NAD3 the most. Take this in the AM AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP with a half glass of water AT LEAST. But NOT on your fasting day which is Saturday. Buy the largest bottle of coconut oil from C60 purple power. Use a smaller dropper bottle (please use a funnel) in order to have this with you on the go everywhere. Buy the 7 day supplement organizers that have 3 compartments for each day. You will NOT take these vitamins on fasting day nor cheat day so you only need 3 of the 7 week 3 compartment ones to have enough for 4 weeks, basically a month. Prepare the following monthly....... >Chelated doctors choice magnesium 1 in each compartment, morning, lunch and dinner. >1650mg liposomal vitamin c 2 capsules (whatever serving size is) in the lunch compartment >200 mcg selenium 1 capsule (or the serving size) in the lunch compartment >d3+k2 oil capsule (just make sure its either coconut oil, olive oil or avocado oil) and buy the largest serving sized one you can Add the serving size to the dinner compartment You may add more to this later as you see fit, this is just a base, you need to DYOR and see what your body needs. On Sunday you must buy high quality organic, the best vegetables you can find and also decide on what you want to eat for cheat day. You are going to buy 1 whole purple/red onion, chop it up bite sized or even smaller Enough broccoli for 3 cups chopped into bite sized heads Carrots for also 3 cups chopped into smaller pieces Celery also enough for 3 cups as above Garlic, buy the peeled ones that come in a bag for easiness, cut up garlic until you have 1/3 or more cups of finely chopped garlic You will buy chicken high quality, your preferred cuts or whole, cut small bite sized pieces and make sure you have 4 cups of it raw obviously You will buy the smaller 2 cup sized mason jars, 16 oz wide lid, and buy plastic lids somewhere later. This is where you will store your veggies and chicken.
First cook the veggies 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon butter Throw in the garlic with the onions I go mid to high heat and stir frequently, using wooden spatula and a non teflon, large pan, ceramic is my preference. Add salt and pepper or other spices to taste, don't go use too much and switch every week, I just go with salt and pepper now. I use himalayan rock salt and have a ceramic salt grinder. No plastics! A minute later lower the heat to mid-low heat and stir less frequently though, couple minutes later add in the broccoli, celery and carrots and turn the heat up to mid to high and stir frequently again but just try to not break the broccoli too much, you can let it sit for 30 second to minute intervals. Once you can see that the broccoli is done, the carrots are al dente and the celery is soft you can start evenly adding it to your jars wait till cool, lid them and into the fridge.
I'm getting tires of typing lol Cook your chicken with olive oil, salt and paper and season it how you like, portion into jars, wait until cooled and into the fridge. This covers TWO of your meals, so if you think this isn't enough or is too much, adjust accordingly.

OH I FORGOT ALSO BUY 1 cucumber and 1 lemon and a large bag of spinach enough for a handful a day and some cheddar cheese
Another thing you will prepare is alkaline water. Half a cucumber and half a lemon sliced and put into a large GLASS container. I use the 128oz ones. The other half of cucumber and lemon eat it or give it to the dog or use it in your cheat day meal. Let it sit all day, overnight (try to go shopping in the morning on Sunday, don't be lazy) and monday morning take out the cucumber and lemon, throw it in the fridge and everyday remember to drink 1/5 of it at some point in your day. If you have to buy a metal bottle (holds temperature) for it so be it!
Your breakfast you will cook every morning. Once you've waken and taken your NAD3, go for a walk, a run, go work out, punching bag, weight lift, yoga, fuck your wife lol do something active! obviously stretch first. Once that's done cook an egg or two over easy and 1 - 2 slices of bacon, serve with a handful of spinach and some cheddar cheese. Eat half of your meal, take your morning vitamins, finish your meal and drink a lot of water. Take a spoonful of the bacon grease and add a bit to your veggies jar and chicken jar, great extra energy and its not bad oils. Don't eat all of it though.
Bonus good practice: Prepare 8-16oz of coffee and add 1 teaspoon of good high quality honey and a pinch of chaga mushroom, take that to work or to begin your day.
Then just heat up (or dont) your veggies and chicken, eat 1/4th of it, take your vitamins and eat the other 1/4. Repeat this for dinner as well, you can add something here if you need to, like some nuts, or more cheese, etc. BUT at the end of the dinner take some of that C60 coconut oil you have, a tablespoon of it, make sure you drank a total of 10+ cups of water throughout the day.
If you can do a 6/18 intermittent fasting diet for the 5 days you'd be solid. Or even an 8/16 would be good.

For the smoothie you can have every week, or maybe even twice a week, or 3 times max I'd say, add a whole apple seeds add all (no stem though) to cup of orange juice, half a cup of blueberries, and some other things you'd like to add like protein powder, gourmet mushrooms powder like lions mane etc.
Broccoli and chicken? Great. Fag on screen? Not great lol.
