The deal is American are test subject goyim cattle and their tax dollars go to subsidizing research for other countries. They also are all unhealthy as fuck from the toxic cocktail of pollution, hormone damage, fast food, and a culture centered around being a fat pile of shit that lives in their car to avoid exercise. Finally, they're subjected to a nonstop bombardment of kosher media and social division that causes them extreme nonstop stress which is expensive to even try to treat. In short, they do it for free.

CVICU charge RN here... Beyond the overwhelming amounts of lardasses we have; it's a culture issue that stems from narcissism. Everyone is so important that they cant imagine ever being subject to a medical emergency. Americans have this obsession with life - regardless of how shit the quality. For example, I just spent the last few shifts overseeing care for an 87 year old patient that finally died after 50 days in the CVICU following complications from open heart surgery. Everyone and their mother knew she was deadmeat after she was reintubated on day 7 of her postop recovery. Family didnt give a fuck though and dragged her rotting corpse through hell for 40 more days. This shit happens more often than you think and its a massive financial drain. The US has the best cancer survival rates, research publications/institutions, one of the best MRI/capita ratings, and some of the most new pharmaceutical drugs developed per year. But it's also extremely wasteful and Americans are unhealthy, so you can't expect a good life expectancy from the average population.
Best healthcare in the world if you're wealthy and healthy already though.

the "dur Americans R dum" narrative breaks apart when you separate by race and you see blacks and hispanics bringing down the average.
However I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't all of the difference. All Americans are ... fat, quite frankly and the fact that it's never been a point of conversation between politicians should be telling. What ever they've done to our food is likely a crime against humanity, that they don't want to face. there are other factors (exercise, etc.) that matter but I'd be surprised if they explained 20% of the difference.
As President I'd hold food manufactures accountable for false advertising leading to the death of millions and likely execute many in the health/pharma/food sectors as crimes against humanity, live on all channels.

Same RN here. I would guess a couple hundred thousand dollars. He had multiple amputations and was kept like that in the ICU for about 1.5 weeks until he died.

Yeah, it's very inefficient, partly because the 5 middlemen MBA's are taking their cuts before the money gets to the doctor and pharma cos, and partly because you pay a premium for the spics and blacks who can never pay their medical bills.

South American public healthcare is horrible. Primary care doctors know nothing and treat you incorrectly because they aren't residency trained and if you ever have anything even just a little bit complicated you will have to wait a good half year to see a specialist, even worse if you end up needing some special testing or surgery. You have to buy most medicine yourself.
Everybody goes to private doctors here, it is the only way to get any useful healthcare at all.
It's ironic but southamerican medical system is more capitalistic than the American one.
