I bought SPY Calls today early-session and sold them at a loss mid-session. Did this bear market rally literally just top? I was expecting a SPY 400 close before it would dump next week. MSFT GOOGL META AAPL AMZN report earnings during FOMC. I'm honestly not sure what to expect after today.

Its great. You can make the most money trading options intraday. There have been quite a couple times where I could've made $5,000+ if I would've just held on a little longer. I only trade and hold options intraday for 30 minutes to 1 hour tops. The BEST way to get yourself out of poverty. I've swing traded SPY Calls/Puts with a maximum principal of $3,000 and exited with a $500 - $900 daily.
