I always default to second version unless there's an exclusive I really want in the first version. It usually turns out that second version has the exclusives I want.

The color red hurts my eyes and purple is my favorite color so this was the easiest version choice ever for me.

I was thinking scarlet/red, but purple is like a gayer/girlier/feminine blue.
Anyways the violet outfit kinda looked better.

Another problem is the male outfits look so bad, but assume you can change them later in game?
Cause no one would be gay enough to play as the female trainer...
