They do give you a few of those that permanently level them to 30

You unlock them around trainer level 10, 11 and 12 I think. The temporal boosters are for you to test around as Timi seems to believe their items are fine even though other than a handful most of them are shit. You even get the enhancer used already refunded already used on the item you push to 30.

only offline mode bots have weak stats, practice room and lose streak bot have normal stats like yours but auto slow and have terrible AI
