Think about it, as the world shifts from fiat to CBDC why do you need to "traditionally" sell back to fiat? if we are right selling never happens, only on chain conversions. and you shouldn't need a exchange to do that. It will be on chain conversion. Only literal boomers and mental boomers that need a hand to hold for not being able to "understand"
