You’re adding more weight to these trainers than Ash even applies to them. Iris revealed herself to be the Unova Champion and that hardly mattered to him. That should tell you he genuinely doesn’t give a fuck about being surrounded by these elite trainers, because again, the only trainer he genuinely cares about defeating is Leon

Realistically the most watered down in power legendary pokemon is mewtwo but we know that's not gonna happen. Legendaries from sinnoh and onwards, are impossible, all of them are practically gods and deities.
