It's actually crazy how well some of them would fit their respective eeveelutions.
Bouncy Bubble makes Vaporeon a better tank.
Buzzy Buzz and its 100% paralysis on Jolteon makes for excellent speed control, since almost nothing is outspeeding it anyway.
Sizzly Slide not only gives Flareon a much-needed physical STAB, but the 100% burn gives it an effective boost to physical defense which it also needs.
Glitzy Glow basically means Espeon can use Light Screen and Psychic at the same time. Not huge, but still good for such a frail mon, especially a fast one.
Baddy Bad makes Umbreon even tankier on the physical side.
Sappy Seed gives Leafeon a bit of recovery.
Sparkly Swirl is Heal Bell and an attack rolled into one.
The only one that doesn't really work is Freezy Frost on Glaceon (you'd usually want Haze on something bulkier or at least faster).
