Its tough for many people right now, particularly if you're a young white man. Plenty of people have said on podcasts and videos where they applied for the same job with exact same credentials but the only difference was one was named Pooja Patel or L'Trice Walker and the other named Richard Williams or Charles Barker and the male white name wouldn't get a reply but the "POC" would get invited for the interview.
