It is, when the time comes and you find the right one and want to start a family, you’ll be able to afford it comfortably and even be a little bit ahead on the college funds. Don’t retire, that’s no role model for your kids, but you can afford looking for wfh (real work, not hacking your teams client to make you look online) so you’ll have more time with your kids, which is priceless. Basically you’re perfectly prepared to go ahead and have a real life fairly free of economic hardships, which is in my humble view even better than retiring on a yacht. That’s for your 50s or even 60s.
