My issue is, I want to start to sell the magic milk itself online.

Based, I started making kefir in small batches for personal consumption last month. The first few batches were gross, but I’ve refined my technique. I actually do the first fermentation for 24 hours with a closed lid, and then a second fermentation for 8-12 hours with a closed lid, with some lemon peel added. The citrus in the second fermentation makes it taste a lot better. Im also going to experiment with adding maple syrup or honey into it as well.

Shake it vigorously before drinking. It is supposed to be a bit sour, like a yoghurt. I’ve only had it for the first time recently but it was alright.
