Hi anons, I carry two of my ledgers around at all times. I stay strapped. Obviously is U.S, kek.
I am going to Norway to spread my grandfather's ashes at his property on a fjord. Do I need to worry about carrying my ledger at the airport? why wouldn't i just tell the retards it's a usb stick.
Just leave it. It should be perfectly safe in your house as long as you dont keep your keys nearby.
Ayden Howard
100% safe. Just throw in a couple of usb drives. Mine got x rayed multiple times and I flew across the world. Make backup of the seed before you go, if the want to play games and confiscate it for a while.
Samuel Adams
If you are forced to open it type the password in 3 times wrong and it’s wiped.
Robert Bennett
>ITT anons don't understand what a ledger actually is.
These are the people giving you financial advice.
Zachary Davis
I know what a ledger is retard, and OP is gonna get his confiscated at the airport. Let's hope they don't find the seed phrase written under his foreskin.
Lucas Cook
Yea you can travel with it without any problem.
If it's the battery powered version be careful of the x scan tough
Angel Rogers
>backup seed phrase before you go user I....
Michael Russell

there is only one answer: store seed phrase on encrypted usb stick airgapped at all times created w/new linux laptop. Then save usb password with shamir’s secret sharing algorithm, take ledger with you. Someone please show how I’m wrong
Anthony James
>Trying to bring his Quickbooks backup on the flight Who cares? Why don't you just wait until you get home to do your bookkeeping? Does your accountant live in Norway?
Ryan Mitchell
just carry an encrypted version of your seed phrase written on paper instead.
Jack Ortiz
daily reminder that the travel rule also applies to crypto you have to declare it at customs
Jaxson Perez
how about they declare this dick and balls
Austin Baker
you're supposed to burry it in a safe location and draw a mystery map where the hidden spot is marked with a big red X
