I went on a date with an Australian girl who is working in property development, I've dated a few Aussies who are in this industry and obviously they come to London because of the jobs and it being a nice base with which to explore the rest of Europe.

It might be more of a London-centric issue but it was obvious she was only staying until Christmas and was really only looking for a local guy she could use to social climb and see the place. "Oh but we can see if it works" she's says. It's pretty normal here, but what always gets me is how these types can afford to do so much where they go on holidays all over the place every other week and will just casually meet up in Vegas for a friends birthday because it's a middle spot between them all.

It really takes the wind out of my sails where I'm saving my money and never really going on holidays as a result, they can't be earning much more than me but they do all of this. It's madness and makes me question why I save money at all if I'm just as likely to end up as old and poor as they will. Maybe I have the advantage that I'm not working in a bullshit industry where everyone should be hung but for a lad who grew up poor it's all still a bit much.

My question is what happens to these rootless cosmopolitans jetting across the world, do they face any comeuppance?

They just live a normal life, while savoors live abnormal lives (rich retirements, familial wealth gen, fabulous wealth if your savings become a company).
Maybe do something fun like sail, go caving, or go hiking locally if you feel so sad. It's not too expensive. Britain has some of the best caving clubs in the world.

It's not that, I've even played the game before where they eventually want you to go back with them to their home country and never see your own family again. I just don't understand how any of it works, how they can even afford this.

Our women are obsessed with travel and will go to any lengths to do so. They are incapable of saving beyond "my next big trip" and constantly drive themselves into debt for "the experience"of being hit on by foreign men.

50/50 really. Either they get so into debt that they have to wage slave into their 70s to pay everything off, or they just their last year's before the wall to marry a beta provider who will pay off all their debts.
No different to USA women, difference is that ours cripple themselves on travel debt instead of student loans.
My advice? Take one of them in, have your fun and cut them off before Common Law marriage kicks in, then move on to the next one. The real trick is to never give them what they want. Once they get their upwards mobility from you, they'll move up to the next guy. Be the one that breaks the cycle and sends these bitches home in more debt than they can count.

I'm not sure how old you are user but as someone who knows one of these female cool international hedonists who is rolling into their 30s, yes, they will get their comeuppance.
They have no savings and they're doing everything they're doing with no tangible goal in mind. Ostensibly they are making connections and seeing the world and everything that it has to offer and this will result in a better life longterm but in reality they're just larping as an amalgamation of rich female characters they've seen in movies and TV. As a woman she will come out the other side of this single and worse for wear emotionally, financially, and physically.

Every corner of the world has sights to behold and things to do within 1 hr. The only good reason to vacation travel is to see different cultures and natural/historical wonders of the world.
