If I had sold my crypto I would have bought a place in Singapore but then I would have been fk'd because of their covid policies. I don't feel like I missed out on buying real estate because it is grossly overpriced and most of the world has been locked down anyway, so it's not like you could enjoy it. I think the time to buy real estate will be during the next bull cycle, which should be perfectly timed with a housing collapse. In the meantime, I am investing in promising projects like HBAR and participating in airdrops from projects like MAXX . Finance and some on CMC.

Yeah I was in low 6 figures as well but I was still planning on doing the digital nomad thing for a while in Bali. I might still go for it. Not far from where I live but I would at least we would own a home. I have a newborn and I wanted her to have a quiet, safe, and beautiful place to live. All equally important spiritually.
I was getting ready to sell after November. The blow-off top was still yet to come, I was going to get out on the way up. Responsible, I thought. I was determined not to play the fools game of trying to time the top.
When the market began stalling it looked like what had happen 6 months before in May where it dropped to 30k then rose through November. The whole way down it looked like recovery would come any minute.
I, along with many others, realized what was happening too late.
I frequently walk by the home I wanted and wonder.
