So I want you anons to tell me what you think of my latest business idea. I'll start:
You all know what Tramadol is, right? It's a weak opioid prescribed for mild pain that is widely used around the world. However, few of you may know that what actually produces the narcotic effect is not Tramadol itself. Tramadol is a prodrug, meaning that it needs to be metabolized in order to produce any effects. In this case, Tramadol needs to be converted into O-DSMT (o-demethyltramadol) which is the opioid agonist. Also tramadol has a series of side effects that O-DSMT doesn't have (seizures, for instance).
Comparing Tramadol to O-DSMT is like comparing codeine to morphine (codeine is also a prodrug that needs to be converted into morphine in the liver.)
O-DSMT is a psychoactive, opioid analgesic by itself, it doesn't need to first be metabolized into something else and... HERE'S THE THING: It's totally legal to sell with no prescription in most European countries, unlike Tramadol.
I know a Chinese provider that can supply me with O-DSMT, I sell for a 50% profit... and voilà! I could also offer free samples I guess...
What do you think? Do you think it's a profitable idea? I need now a motto. I was thinking of this one ––tell me if you like it or not: "O-DSMT, like Tramadol but better"
Honestly, I've done it a bunch of times. 200 mg of O-DSMT feels exactly like 30 mg of oxy but it lasts x2 longer. A gram would sell for 30 euros (I wouldn't be able to sell in the U.S. or U.K.)

I tried odsmt some years ago and I liked it a lot. Some people say it’s just like a strong kratom strain but let me assure you it has nothing to do with kratom… more like hydros or oxys. A bit expensive though (cost me $60 a gram) and it was made illegal in my country… :’(

It’s not a registered opiate. In their database, there’s no such thing as o-dsmt, it doesn’t exist. In the U.S. your arguments would make sense… but not in Europe because in most countries there’s not an analogue law. Look it up, it’s totally legal boomer
