Im a bobo but

CPI is going to be lower than 8.8, isnt it?
A CPI of 9 would be way too good to be true

the cpi should be lower because we are in disinflationary environment, but mechanically there is high liquidity and they are actually creating more liquidity right now, and the anticipation of a deflationary shock is subsiding because as soon as something breaks (which it is) they print and cut rates.
coming soon, inflation and printing.
I really don't think risk assets will perform because of state of economy. printing will be bearish

Kek

Oil and wheat are rugging as we speak.

We've reached peak inflation and soon the money printer will be back in overdrive.

i think we exceed the cpi sooner than you think but inflation around ~6% and credit markets (private side) will open it up again.
Mortgage rates are already falling

It will be higher than last month and anyone thinking otherwise is delusional.

No I think the Fed will do 75 bps again. I'm a genius.

It's pretty funny that Joe is a Republican at heart and we just had Donald who was a Democrat.

Are commodities being artificially lowered in price before cpi report to make you think inflation is down?

Or are commodities actually down for reals because inflation is down?

This is actually factual

Back to Any Forums, permapoors.

I took profits on a few of my shorts. The risk of CPI coming in low is too high for my tastes right now.

Which one of you assholes did this?

Inflation is canceled, chuds

What you mean to say is that we've reached peak deflation ( as far as balance sheets can go) without completely tanking the economy. If the money printer resumes with such low supply, it's inflation of vital commodities that will be in overdrive

Prepare your anuses for 15 dollar gas if the fed returns to easing in this environment.
