Chia

I truly believe this is one of the few blockchains that will actually see genuine use by major financial players long-term (and Any Forums will continue to FUD it because they can't buy it on any relevant American exchanges yet)

premined scam token that converts perfectly good hard drives into a fraction of their worth

Whats so good about this compared to filecoin or storjio or any other "host your files on a blockchain bro!"

are the tokenomics of this thing leading to the intended results? there were lots of articles (likely planted) a year ago about hard drives getting hoarded to farm this shit.

Chia doesn't store data, the HDD space is used for securing the blockchain. It works more like Ethereum than the others you mentioned

>into a fraction of their worth
HDDs barely get touched from farming

Actually a scam, Binance listing would just cause it to dump faster with more volume and arbitrage bots. It's low volume enough right now to sometimes not dump in sync with BTC, by all means keep putting money in a scam that like most alts will never get near its ATH of $1500.

i dont agree with the thesis.

proof of hard drive space is novel but doesn't offer anything better than pow or pos.

pow makes sense for btc especially when you compare it to the modelling of gold and resource sacrifice.

pos makes sense for the globohomo, speed, environmentalism etc.

chia also runs into the issue of the farmers dilemma, which hasn't been solved (yet i got alfa if you are nice to me).
you also run into the same downsides as PoW but without the upside - just look at how hdd spiked during the bullmarket with chia.

so yehhh, you're gay

>(and Any Forums will continue to FUD it because they can't buy it on any relevant American exchanges yet)
This is incredibly retarded as Any Forums is perfectly aware of how to use a VPN to buy coins from OKX which has the highest volume for this shitcoin. The truth is literally nobody cares and we want you pajeet shills to stop posting about this trash shitcoin.

Op truly is deluded.

Premine scam token you normie retard.
Also not baseless fud I sold for a loss when devs were dumping on exchange listing last year. Move on

>the farmers dilemma
The fuck are you talking about?

>he holds this scam and doesn't know about the main problem
>he didn't do his own research properly
kek, baggie.

But user you literally made up a term that doesn't exist in the community to look more 'legit'

>google Chia farmers dilemma
>literally the first result is a paper which explains the problem
You are the typical chia pajeet, you literally did 0 research when you bought this coin.

First results is "a solution to the farmers dilemma"

no horse in this just think it's funny.
while I have the mic I'd like to remind everyone that chia no matter how cool their consensus, is still a single chain meaning it fundamentally cannot scale or provide anything meaningful to the crypto space. Same goes for most L1s

fuck off tourist.

at least i know some people with triple digit IQ are still on this board

>Farmers dilemma
>Only mention of it is by a single group who termed it to shill their own blockchain tech
A Google of 'farmer's dilemma crypto' gives up about five results which is all Subspace Network

Just anudda blockscam.

>scam
>scam
>blockscam
How exactly is it a scam? Explain the process for me on how the devs are scamming. Seems like a lot of fucking work to create a non-broken PoC blockchain that has a pooling protocol where individuals make the blocks instead of the pools themselves. That's a goddamn rarity in the blockchain space.

They premined 21 million coins, that they are using for valuation, and to later be able to sell once they go public. It's a long con but it's absolutely a scam, the lead dev is jewish so he's smart enough to run a more advanced scam.

What the fuck I was just doing research and one of the companies blatantly stole a logo I created for another company long ago. It's not even ambiguous?! I'm going to check pixel for pixel, but pretty sure these faggots re-used the actual logo I made?! Can I sue??

This coin was made by jews so they probably did steal your art, unfortunately it also means you're unlikely to win any legal battle in the jewdicial system.

>able to sell
If they sell coins they're selling an unregistered security to people and will get fucked in the ass by the SEC. More likely dividends to stockholders which anyone could become when they go public.

>able to sell ONCE THEY GO PUBLIC
They will be fine to move coins after they go public, that's the entire scam. Use the prefarm to get a high valuation and pay a tiny % of it in dividends while using the rest for stock buybacks (dumping) all to enrich themselves.
