WFH BROS....NNNN-N-NNN-NOT LIKE DIS
WFH OVER
>fostering more intentional connects and a stronger sense of commitment
I would be more committed if they paid me more, lol.
hope every wfh nigger has to make up all the time they got off (out of lockdown cause everyone got to enjoy that) in the office where they were meant to be
>intentional connections
wtf, they'll just stick me in an open plan curry gulag
interestingly enough, my job just recently started letting us work from home.
this is kinda easy to solve. just pay office wagies more.
you want to wfh? cool, you get half the salary of the other wagie
>connections
>sense of commitment
I hate jews.
Won't surprise me if people willing to "work" at the office will be able to use it to negotiate better wages.
Most people work for goys.
I am so fucking sick of linkedin columnists posting their worthless concern trolling articles with the constant threats like this. Get a job.
>zoomers 'blazing a trail for a new work model'
what model?
the one we had before everyone starting working from home?
what's that called again?
after 2 years working from home I've totally forgotten about that work model!
Another Jew trying to make everyone's life worse. shock horror!
This week my company let go of a bunch of pr people, reducing offices spaces across a few states and made everyone in my team official perm wfh. They asked us to come back with a deadline twice since COVID ended and no one showed up. No one cared, our boss and his bosses never cared since our metrics showed no change in performance and nothing happened to us. Many companies are adapting to wfh/hybrid.you younger guys and everyone unemployed will be able to find a nice gig with enough time and patience
I think the reasons provided are total bullshit but to me if you're new to the workforce, WFH is going to hamper growth. I learned a ton by interacting with the senior engineers before the pandemic. Now that I'm one of those engineers, the questions juniors have is a lot more difficult to answer since I can't show them through a Teams call. If I can, it'll take exponentially longer then just dragging them over to my workstation or the server room and showing them.
article is complete fucking trash
author deserves beaten with a stick, repeatedly.
>the biggest cucks can negotiate better wages
interpersonal connections trap people in the workfplace, WFH makes people look for jobs easier, as they dont have 'friends' that they see every day.
goys cant have that now can they?
How about this: we make offices illegal.
>t. nocode poorfag
seethe and cope
I used to get trapped in the office kitchen way after lunch break on a regular basis by the office manager at my job before the coof. She thought we were friends and she would chat with me about inane shit like movies and fashion and celebs. It was horrible. I lost hours of time a week to that shit and nobody really cared since nobody does any real work in an office anyway, they just have meetings all day. It's absolutely ridiculous to expect engineers to go into an office and waste their time talking to girls who literally just have a job because they're fucking the CEO
Still WFH.
Still making mid six figs.
Still actually working 5 hours a weel total.
SEETHE NEET
The jobs I'm trying to get in my field are only WFH though, they won't let me be 'in office'.
They will negotiate worse wages "for the good of the company's future", thinking that the company will keep them around. Then they'll get dumped first in favor of keeping a 77 year old boomer in the recession of 2029. Later they will find out the boomer died at some point and the money was just piling in his account but no one noticed because he was management who worked from home.
What jobs?
