Chainlink labs is behind some of the shilling yes, but is also behind, or responsible for, nearly 100% of the fud.
Chainlink needs to be able to represent that it put in an “honest” attempt to educate the public as a future optics call. “Hey, we gave everyone a chance to get in, with all these dense, opaque educational materials that we published”
But Chainlink doesn’t want retail attention and it sure as hell doesn’t want fully informed nation-state attention until things are so far gone they are unstoppable.
By paying for and outsourcing huge amounts of fud to third world IT centres it can keep the waters muddied on Any Forums, and maintain moribund levels of hype and attention until it considers itself in a position that is so unassailable that the proverbial covers can be taken off.
None of this incessant low IQ fud is an accident, or against the wishes of the company.
