I never lived there but it's also possible (I've traveled there a shitload of times).
It's more than enough to get by, that's for sure. But your money would go much further in Cleveland (at least imo).
Ohio in general is a relatively cheap state to live in, so 85k is already higher than most folks living there.
Plus if I were you, with the money you're gonna be making I'd be buying up lots and lots of land. It's cheap to buy and I'm willing to be within 10 years or so, you'd have at the very least quadrupled your investment.
