That is at companies where you don't even need a college degree, they just make you go through 6 months of training and if you're not retarded you get accepted.

Median salary for a Senior Java Developer is 3000EUR, aka 6000 lev NET in Bulgaria. Surgeons with decent careers make WAY more than that. Additionally, do you really need a degree for a tech job? I don't think so.
