So i heard that to match productivity and the cost of living that a 27$/hr min wage is necessary, I've also heard that either it'd kill jobs because small business wouldn't be able to pay employees but i've also heard that it'd allow people to spend more breathing life into those small businesses. I'm inclined to believe that it'd be good because why would the elites want to prevent something that's bad for small business but you guys know more than me so what do you think?

Would just end up like America in the 1950 when someone on minimum wage could provide for his wife and children and buy a house. We would be going backwards, women might go out of the workforce

This is easy to explain
>your inability to live within your means is your problem
>your inability to have the skills to earn a living wage is your problem
The world owes you nothing. Grow up and get over it.

Name one person in the US who has died due to hunger that wasn't a result of a mental illness, a crime or being lost in the woods.

> small business can't pay employees
small business expenses:
- material
- labour
- rent
decrease rent
> but it fucks over the banks
yes

The problem isn't wages it's productivity.

>everybody in america invested in crypto
>profit rates of financial institutions skyrocket due to 4 billion new customers with internet and mobile banking and nft, they also invest and lend more
>american economy strengthens globally
>americans profit off of global transition in particular
>$27 wage becomes sustainable only here, becomes adjusted normal wage
the pieces all start to come together

>the farmer feeds us every day
>he doesn't owe you anything
>grow up and get over it
>stop trying to escape the pen
Niggercattle mindset

The absolute delusion of these people.

a minimum wage of $27/hr will send unemployment to 15% while not improving anyone's standard of living.
it would be good in the sense that anyone even remotely lazy or ineffective at their job would immediately be terminated and nobody could do anything about it.

No minimum wage maximizes production.
Min wage literally makes jobs illegal.
Jobs that are productive and help society.

>Hurrdurr thats bad we need one
If min wage had ANYTHING to do with that then jobs paying over minimum wage would not exist.
You are paid by productivity.
Simple as.

Some people aren't worth $15, but are worth $10.
So we decide to pay them not to work instead of allowing them to contribute to society.
Very smart.

I have $27/h employees.
I could not get them for $15 because they are more productive than that.

People aren't going to spend more at small businesses just because they're making more money. And yes, it will kill small businesses because they won't be able to absorb the labor costs, whereas large corporations can absorb the labor costs, while also not having to raise their prices as much to compensate because of economies of scale.

The solution isn't to to impose fuckhuge minimum wage increases but to stop subsidizing corporations labor costs with welfare therefore forcing them to offer competitive wages if they want to retain workers.

This guy gets it.
It's why Costco faggots virtue signal about a higher min wage instead of just paying more themselves.
Their min wage forklift operator moves $100,000 in goods to be sold that very day.
Mine moves $10,000 to be sold over the next month or so.
They know this of course.

Yeah so deluded to say we should have solvent businesses in the long run

Based

Huh?
Do you, and this retarded woman, both actually think their landlord has a yacht?
Do you share an opinion with that woman on twitter?

>caring about unemployment
such a nigger cattle metric. it's not even real, considering that bucket it in such a way that the media reports on the least worst metric, and then the BLS deliberately miscounts long term unemployed. and in an increasingly automated society, why does it matter? in a society that cannot pay livable wages in the bottom rungs of the labor market, why does it matter? when most job creations are part time, minimum wagie work, why does it matter?

Because it's ARTIFICIAL unemployment.
What you is dead on.
EXCEPT that it isn't occuring naturally, but by decree.
