Chainlink fails AGAIN

Anyone keeping a running tally here of how much damage Chainlink has caused? I know just in recent memory we had 8 figures during the Terra collapse from various lending protocols. And then another 8 figures in bad debt on Harmony for Aave and Tranquil due to the oracles not offering proper tracking of the 1assets themselves.
Now apparently we have a case of the oracles failing again, this time possibly in a forex -> stablecoin context.

imagine this failing as n a wider basis after being implemented iwith banks etc.

>6 figures in a literally who protocol on polygon
Guy is either really rich or clueless

Is on eth actually.
Would post the etherscan link but last time I posted one I got banned.

>pajeet protocol fucks up because they cant read docs
>uhm its chainlink
>meanwhile chainlink works as described

True I just checked wrong like a retard

To be fair, chainlink oracles are centralized and known to fail. But they are cheaper to use than other decentralized oracles. They took that risk going in.

what other oracles?

I think they're on both Eth and Polygon but all the volume I saw from the guy abusing it was on Eth. Was like over 100m of volume or something.
I actually only noticed because out of nowhere this popped up as the #2 dex on Coingecko for volume ahead of Curve and I thought that was strange.

gotta say I am proud to have mentioned Zach's name enough times on this board for absolutely no reason other than to have it picked up by the feedback loop
your entire shill campaign is built off of this.
thank you for this, seriously.

serves them right for using faulty software when better alternatives exist.

i got 6 figs in the cadc usdc pool

>tfw, it can't fail because it isn't used anywhere

just buy KENSHI

Forex stableswap seems to be a decent idea. Makes a lot more sense that many other crypto ideas I've seen.
Seems the only issue here is Chainlink being the Achilles heel if it really needs to rely on it to function. I don't really know enough about the app to understand why normal arbitrage isn't sufficient to keep everything in line. Maybe because it's the only game in town right now?

They just posted an update in dc saying that it might have something to do with the predictability of forex pricing off hours. Didn't mention Chainlink in the announcement but still not really sure.
OP possibly btfo etc

Chainlink is already in the process of being replaced so it's ok. Happens with old lousy tech all the time

Fucking Sergey and his wonky oracles!

>muh it's not a bug it's a feature
nigger plz
