Idea is super cool unlike what most people say, but the execution is just kinda meh.

Pretty neat though had a poor transition to 3D

Tbh most gen 5 mons did since many of them were designed in a flat Western cartoon-inspired style. So they ended up particularly looking awful when the franchise transitioned to 3D.
