No, you do the brackets first. Which is 3
6 ÷ 2 × 3. From here it's left to right for multiplaction/division. 6 ÷ 2 is 3. And 3 x 3 = 9. If you wanted the multiplication done first, you would put the 6 on top of a numerator and the rest in the denominator.
