Looks like a pretty damn nice card to me but I'm just a pleb.

It's hard to say exactly what was wrong with the card, the guy was flailing it around like a fan. On the back, you could obviously see some whitening on one of the corners. But a 7 would need more than that. On the front, some of the holo looked damaged (?) to some degree. The star just to the left of mewtwo has giving off a weird reflection. Either way, you'd need photos to see any scuffing or scratches. And even then, people can take photos at angles that hide scratches.

Do you guys think PSA changes their grading standards based on the perceived value of the card? Sometimes I think they do.
