Because it was a completely random full odds alpha gabite I stumbled upon & not a mass outbreak scum

Working on trying to get the shiny charm before I try my patience at grinding for shiny alphas. no luck so far and it sucks having to settle for stinky outbreak mons but I just can't use a regular pokemon on my team anymore
not all of them are super easy
alpha shinies are rare and specifically alpha distortion or non outbreak or static alpha spawning shinies are insanely rare

I’ve had more luck with shinies in this game than any other (like everyone else) but I don’t think I’ll ever get a team full of my favorite shinies that are also the right sizes
