They reintroduced her to the SwSh dex in 2020 in Crown Tundra DLC, literally in the middle of all the BLM shit that was consuming western media at the time.
If anything an evolution would be a way to decrease the controversy around Jynx by giving her a 3rd stage which emphasises her as a feminine seductress rather than the stereotypical origin.
