anything you want, or save it for level 46 when you need to max out three pokemon.
Or when you need to purify 100 pokemon on level 44

Spoofer? hundo or bust casual with friends? anything level 30+ solo with an Alt? 15 attack
If you're spoofing there's literally no reason to bother evolving non perfects. If you're playing with friends or raid groups then IV's are a meme, and if you're solo/shortmanning raids then you need the 15 attack breakpoints to help bring down bosses.

new mons user, I have 162 Great league eligible mons and a shit ton waiting around to be powered up and used.
Shit like hypno and its fucking billion movesets, I have 5 I've powered up to 1500 along with 3 Skuntanks. PvP is a massive drain on stardust if you're trying to stay competitive.
