overqwil is the first official design i ever felt like came from an actual romhack. it’s the name, magenta and cone spikes for me desu. maybe it was a nod?

I kinda just wish it just wasn't Qwilfish but bigger, I feel like that bites away a lot of the need for a Qwilfish evo in the first place. I wish it was more like Basculegion in that it took Basculin and made it a finished design
