Why im buying these wallets it's actually quite simple, i have no idea how empty wallets can be used for nefarious purposes, if you are scared then don't sell, simple as that.

im assuming you want the wallets to report losses on your taxes and get rich off the IRS or overtime. or possibly youre a tax firm and reporting huge losses for your clients so they get a refund and if they get audited you pull out one of these rugpull accounts to back them up.
He's betting on the fact that all sub-wallets on your metamask use the same key. So basically some fag is gonna send his funds to the "second" wallet in his metamask and give him the keys to the first without realising that they're the same.
