>The Lord Pokemon have been in Sinnoh for centuries, and they had continuously descendence to be their succesors >In current Sinnoh nobody remembers the Lord Pokemon. They don't exist, their altars are missing too
What the hell has happened in last 100 years to the Lord Pokemon to dissapear completely?
The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the hisuian race

When Science and Technology advance beyond a certain point faith in religion begins to lessen over time. That and also its a game so you shouldn't think about it too hard, discrepancies like this happen.

They all became incels and their lines died out because they just jacked off to loli porn instead of finding real mates
Jordan Diaz
Canon and true.
Nathan Miller
There were far less powerful trainers back then. In present day Sinnoh, those kinds of trainers simply took away the niche that they Lords had.
Eli Wilson
The same thing that happened to real earth. Capitalism.
Christian Morris
the vaccine made their balls swell and they can't get it up anymore

They're still in Sinnoh. In DPPt, we only travel on the routes and towns. Lord Pokemon live away from those manmade areas; they live in Sinnoh's 'wild areas'. And that's the areas we explore in PLA.
David Rodriguez
This is a poasible explanation but doesnt explain how seemingly nobody remembers or mentions them.
The true answer is likely much like real life with the transition from the mystical to the secular. Science and technology improved tremendously and removed the need for the protection of the nobles. They eventually died out and no body in present day remembers them. If you were to bring someone from 200 years to present day theyd start wondering where important landmarks and locations went, most you probably wouldnt even know existed

>This is a poasible explanation but doesnt explain how seemingly nobody remembers or mentions them. Maybe it's kept secret, so people won't wonder into the Lord's domain. Or maybe it's just an old tradition that youths don't often talk about. Or it's just not relevant to the story so no one mentioned it. Idk there's no indication that 'no one remembers', and it not being mentioned also doesn't prove anything either way. The lack of information isn't proof against it.
Probably turned into legendaries and lost the ability to reproduce as a result

Se as the Ainu culture, completely obliterated.
Ayden Carter
Don’t think about it too much. All prequel games, regardless of how good they are, will contradict or retcon many things introduced in prior titles.
Jayden Brooks
Did you miss the part where the game is about mass immigration settling down on a foreign land, forcing locals to forget about their ancient beliefs by slaving the local fauna with mind controlling devices?
They don't "slave" the fauna, that's even a plot-point with how the clan members treat you, until you battle them, where they all make several kinds of remark about how you're not mistreating them, but rather finding a way to constantly carry them at your side. Play the fucking games, else keep your headcanon to yourself.
Hudson Young
I like to think they're still out there in modern Sinnoh, maybe as cryptids or something.
Justin Roberts
More Pokémon trainers came along and eventually people oblivious or nefarious caught them.
