Ammunition. Learn survival skills, the basics. Change a tyre, change oil, minor repairs. Learn how to open a tin of beans without a can opener. Learn Spanish. Keep a solid pair of boots within reach incase you need to make a quick exit, but don't sleep in your boots it will cause health issues.
Get used to feeling hungry, thats normal. Not starving, thats an issue. But one meal a day should become a bassline. And pray that God is looking put for you.
