The first major thing to fix here is a job. Don't even worry about gf, kissing, talking to girls, sex, etc. right now. Alcohol and partying are overrated, so don't worry. If anything, you're in a better position having not had any alcohol.

To be fair, sometimes these things can be a little confusing or not as straightforward. I got really used to using the train in order to commute to school, but I could totally see how some things could be confusing for new riders.
