idk but some ledditor did this with one of the lake legendaries and it counted toward the mission so he could never catch the 3rd one and it ruined his save lol

Just thought I'd let my fellow foxfuckers know that not only is there a guaranteed alpha Zoroark, you can reset for it to be female (but the spawn is decided when you load the wasteland map, so save and reset in town instead)
But can you reset it to be shiny

You're forced to encounter it as part of the story and I don't think it respawns. After you unlock the cave it's in, go back to town and save, then keep trying till you get a female. I have no idea if encountering it and running allows you to reset it, or if you can even run

There's no alpha specimen task for it
Sadly yeah, best you can do is try to get a mass outbreak somehow. I might distribute alpha wives when pkhex comes online
