I disagree. Unless there was a setting i had on in reignited, there was no indication when hunter dropped an orb nor did the camera focus on it.
I was constantly spinning the camera to see if one had been dropped.

at least it's an upgrade from being stuck in the NES era

Honestly these boss fights were by FAR the worst aspects of this game by far and I’m a fan of this game and how it revamped the battle system

This is why you doom posters lost. No one in the history of the franchise has ever purchased a Pokémon over graphics, yet that is your go-to nitpick. You will never convince one potential buyer of this game not to do so with this line of attack. Please do better.
