Yes, but they're fairly expensive and after you "pay" for them, the 3 you get are completely random, so you're not even guaranteed to get the one you want.

Speed allows you to attack more than once in a row in the right situation.

I've gotten that shitty -speed +attack one 3 times now. Granted I did get a jolly one which was based for my infernape but the other 11 have been shit

Depends on your autism level. I'm not being super anal about natures, but I'm not going to waste time playing with a Brave or Impish Alakazam.

It's amazing how this happens to me every single time, in every single game. I always have to catch 4+, just to get a single one with a nature that isn't -SpAtak, or -Speed, or +Atk.
