401k not allowing me to withdraw

My fucking 401k scam is Not letting me withdraw in spite of me telling I can pay the penalty.
Have about 200k in 401k and want to go all in crypto in the next few months and escape wageslaving.
What do I do? Can I convert that into Roth IRA or something?

Don't they usually have annual caps? Mine lets me withdraw $9k/yr or so, with 10% penalty still in place.

It's a scam on a structural level because 401ks only work because number go up and employers stopped doing pensions. But to not take advantage of employer match and minor tax savings is...just too foolish

You should be able to roll it over into an IRA. But, you need to cancel your 401k contributions first. Talk to your retarded HR manager.
