Monero tail emission
how much?
99% of crypto is a scam including monero
Cheers to it
Based b8
are you going to buy some crack off the darknet to celebrate
>99% of crypto is a scam including monero
AMEN, BROTHER!
Isn't this a bad thing? The emission reduction was so steep and now it's flat?
Someone explain this "private" shitcoin to me.
Let's say I have Eth
Can I move eth to my private monero wallet? Does it support other tokens? Or is it strictly private for monero?
Needs to be a constant emission if it wants to be "money" and monero means money. Thats why its not a good INVESTMENT or eth and btc cannot be money.
Money is minted by government. Crypto can never be a currency or money. It's an asset
It's a completely separate blockchain, noob-kun.
It's just private, FOSS money. That's it.
CPU-only PoW, baby!
it may not be the best investment in a few decades when inflation exceeds btc, but it otherwise seems pretty solid.
I hope you realize that the point of creation of crypto is to have a currency with no intermediaries. That was the original vision that lead to Bitcoin but it no longer suffices due to its major flaws. Monero has taken its place. XMR absolutely is (and is used as) a currency.
That doesn't make it currency. Currency is minted by the government. You can technically barter with bullets and eggs but that doesn't make them legit currency. You can't be taxed on income in eggs, bullets or crypto
>hurr durr the point of money is to be taxed
You're not wrong.
Monero is a lesser scam still.
God I hate ETH and ETH shit baggers so god damn much it's unreal.
>That doesn't make it currency.
It's used as a currency, and it's not one? You are a fool. It's literally in the white paper's title - a peer-to-peer electronic CASH system.
Definition:
Currency is amedium of exchangefor goods and services. In short, it's money, in the form of paper or coins, USUALLY issued by a government and generally accepted at its face value as a method of payment. In the beginning forms of money, there was no government retard, it was barter.
>You can't be taxed on income in eggs, bullets or crypto
Seriously, stop, you're embarrassing yourself.
stephen dyel isn't it time for your sóymilk
this graph makes no sense
>durable hurr
>bitcoin fungibility is C bros, whirlpool doesn't exist
>how is digital fiat portable A but crypto A+ ?
>irreversible A for cash and A+ for networks where it's possible to double spend (just costly to do) ... gold is A (???)
>divisible is A+ for crypto but only A for digital fiat (???)
>scarcity is a meme
>cash can be censored (???) gold too (???) monero is A+ because (???)
graph made by someone who never touched neither code bases
>Currency is minted by the government.
>cash can be censored (???) gold too (???) monero is A+ because (???)
I think it should just say decentralized
Its a bout a central party shutting it down
Correct user. It is in the title of the whitepaper. But that doesn't really mean muuch.
