I remember the movie. I think we just need to spice up other types of cuisine and bring the Mestizo flavors. Taco Pizza, Chipotle Ramen (this was actually a real thing at one point), Fajita Burgers, Tamale Curry. No way Chipotle is going to expand their menu to have all of that, that would be a bad business practice. Different franchises, each with focused menus.
