If your willing to work nights see if there are any CDMOs in your area. We have people with only HS diplomas starting at 22 making up to 35-40 plus all benefits and differentials / and 1.5x OT

i have respect for trades, but it's a different skillset. plenty of smart people - even white collar people - working in trade fields. as someone said in a different thread by the time you hit somewhere 30-40 in trades you should either be some sort of foreman/manager type or a business owner. you're pretty far behind so you need to get back in and start working your way up to that. you could try construction then go into project management for example
