Which dev is it? Is there any public announcement over it? I read the court docs and it seems that there was a transaction delayed that resulted it money being lost and an insurance claimed filed. The court suffered a 51% attack to side with the insurance company that the devs have a financial interest in. Is all of this over like 17k? People a claiming it's some kind of 4D chess stress test, but IMO his motive is pure megalomania. He thinks he knows the absolute truth better than any foolish juror, and thus is justified in controlling a majority stake in court to flip the verdict. Somehow, he believes that this is "in line with the game theory", even though it goes entirely against the purpose of Kleros to take a random unbiased sample of jurors. He basically admitted to this in the telegram.
