Where did he say that? I think I remember him saying something similar, but he was only talking about his NFT curation registry for the sake of basic testing. Otherwise, this would be an absurd amount of effort just to mislead jurors in a case he has no financial stake in. In the TG he's even stated he would support a fork of Kleros if the 'reject' option won.

You want my honest opinion? I think this is an orchestrated maneuver to gain faith in the Kleros Court. If case 1170 goes to General Court and results in Yes, then it will be undeniable proof that Kleros court does not solely rule in the interests of the protocol/devs
