the exchange you got liquidated on literally has an algorithm that looks at price, volatility, and liquidation strikes, and just steals the money. There are no regulations to prevent it. If you're leveraging bitcoin don't go above 5x. if you're leveraging an altcoin don't go above 2-3x. Otherwise you're just speading your buttcheeks asking for SBF and CZ to peg you.
