Everything other than the stock portion is fucking retarded.

>15% concentrated power of will

>100% reason to remember the name

That's maybe what I'd own if I was mentally retarded.

How do you DCA into Real Estate?

REITS
or by paying off the mortgage

>REITS
Please elaborate.

He buys REITs. What the fuck more is there to elaborate on?

Are you aware you're not becoming richer this way? You'll only keep your current wealth, but it won't significantly grow over time.
You have to buy low and sell high, but that's a really hard thing to do, Any Forums always does literally the opposite of that.

Fundrise

He means 25 out of 100 is for a investing term which is long. Hope that helps.

>Dumped all cash into market on monday and already up 9 points

Wish I had foresight to move into commodities immediately in Jan when I exited equities and I would be up like at least 50%

I am aware, and that's the point, everyone is losing money now. The lowest common denominator everyone should hold on to is to at least maintain wealth and not lose money. Until you have a firm foot planted there it's foolish to risk gambling on trading.
One must take risk when one has plenty of safe room to spare.
99% of people in the stock market don't do this, that's why 99% lose money and then wonder why hedge funds get so big and have so much power.
Total retardation.

I didn't know what REITs where since I was just shitposting, but thanks for pointing it out. I'm also learning and "designing sustainable investment strategies", not just shitposting
