Bitcoin uses ECC, not RSA. But ECC is of course, like every asymmetric cryptography standard, susceptible to quantum attacks.
Luckily, the network will fork to quantum resistant standards 10 years before this becomes a threat and I would guess, that by doing so, we'll also make Satoshi's stash unspendable. Otherwise it would be up for grabs for whoever has the first actually working quantum computer.

Quantum computing does work but only for very specific tasks. It's not like there's a quantum CPU that can run Windows or something, but we have replaced traditional transistors with quantum components and performed calculations with them. That being said, however, they cannot crack RSA encryption. That's absolute bullshit, and if they could they could genuinely access things like nuclear codes, all the data from every bank on earth, etc. The entire crypto market would be nothing but a spec in the apocalypse that would result from someone reliably hacking/misusing RSA encryption.
The people who say they're issuing quantum safe encryption to protect against this don't know what they're talking about.
