Well I still wanna know how you get information. What's the difference between shorting and options. Isn't shorting and options just the same thing on leverage?

How I get information? I just watch here. Sometimes pop up pol (but it's gotten really shitty lately).
Options are essentially contracts between two parties that give holders the right to buy or sell an underlying asset at a certain price within a specific amount of time. I have no idea how they work despite watching videos and reading. I've been meaning to open a paper account and play with them.
Short selling occurs when an investor borrows a security and sells it on the open market, planning to buy it back later for less money. Short-sellers bet on, and profit from, a drop in a security's price. To short I just sell the stock when I don't have any. Just be aware that when shorting stock it may have interest that is applied each night you are borrowing it. Some stocks are high, some are low. Boeing is 0% right now. But if it was higher I'd have to pay a few cents each day.
Leverage is not most stocks? I think. Unless it's SOXL. Options can give you leverage.

But they did have a good earnings report, they beat EPS and revenue. It dropped on guidance. Also this market is schizo shit, both of these missed earnings and reduced their guidance, but pumped anyway.
