I knew about BTC as early as 2006, I was just busy with school, being a teenager and shit. I slowly became more aware because my buddy who would help me with hardware issues was mining, but I still didn't get it and $300 bitcoin seemed too expensive. Fast forward a few years and I'm shitting my pants watching ethereum take off, so I started buying from around $18 up to $60 until my funds were dried up. I then started swing trading random alts on Binance based off pure intuition. I did quite well because I am an INTP, or maybe it is just because it is hard to lose in a bull market regardless.
I don't remember exactly what was the inflection point for going all in Link, but it was of course based off the alpha threads here. Something about it absolutely clicked in my mind immediately, idk if it was SWIFT, Sergey, the God Protocol paper, or all of the above, but I went all in and never looked back.
I lost some of my stack in drunken depressed gambling during the bear market, literally on the shrimp farming contract game that was a complete scam. All of this would become a mixed blessing/curse, as I would go on to have adamantium handed grip on my bags from which not homelessness, heartbreak or a pandemic could wrench from my possession this fucking link.
